On Thursday 21st January, the IIIrds were treated to a visit by the Young Shakespeare Company who led the entire year group in a spirited workshop on A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
The girls enjoyed learning about the play through a variety of activities. They explored the play’s comic Mechanicals and the power of fairy magic to create love-confusions and shocking transformations. The play’s humour and embarrassment were all excitingly brought to life by an able company of actors who involved the girls with ease.
