Last Friday lunchtime, two teams of FHS staff and Sixth Formers donned their general knowledge hats and went head-to-head in the Ivor Place Hall to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society.

With rounds including Emoji movies, World foods, History, Sport and Pop culture, the competition was fierce from the start. Despite valiant efforts from the staff team, our Sixth Formers’ impeccable movie and pop culture knowledge gave them the edge and they were crowned victorious, with 30 points to the staff’s 17.

Thank you to Ms Watkinson for organising, Ms Soyer for being quiz master and, of course, to our enthusiastic participants and audience.
