Setting a high bar for our 2018 Sixth Form lectures, Will Evans gave an informative and thought provoking presentation about Entrepreneurship.

Involving the students in his talk, he reflected on how working life is changing, how there is now more freedom and flexibility, though that can lead to more uncertainty. He emphasised the value of face-to-face interactions, building relationships and a support network. Creating good content, planning, executing, reviewing – learning from both failure and success is key to progress. Taking time to develop ideas and talk them through is time well spent. Will highlighted that Francis Holland provides its students with a fantastic opportunity to learn – to explore their ideas and talents in clubs as well as in class and he encouraged them to take full advantage of their time here.

Many thanks to Will for such an inspiring and encouraging presentation.
