On Monday 4th July, parents, staff and members of the Lower Fourth attended the final presentations for the annual Science Fair.
All members of the Lower Fourth worked extremely hard to complete a project on a current area of amazing science research. The hall was packed to the rafters and the quality of the girls presentations were excellent.
The overall winners were Mya Andrews & Raeesah Moola in LIVM.
Our judge Chloe Tartan studied Physics at Imperial College followed by a Masters degree at UCL in Astrophysics. She completed her M.Res at Cambridge focusing on research into ultra-efficient light emitting diodes and optoacoustic probes in the biomedical engineering department. She is about to complete her Ph.D. at Oxford and the girls really appreciated her expert critique and analysis.
Well done to all participants; your hard work made it a really successful Science Fair.
