We are delighted to announce Class of 2010 alumna Kaammini Chanrai will be speaking to our alumni community, pupils, parents and staff on Thursday 6th May at 6pm, via Zoom.

Kaammini is an experienced Diversity & Inclusion professional, with a background in organisational change and transformation. She is the UK Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Vodafone, covering 10,000 employees, and previously, the Gender Research and Policy Manager at Business in the Community, where she supported over 150 organisations. Kaammini previously worked in local government on transformational projects with a focus on homelessness and domestic abuse, and started her career at Refuge, where she still volunteers at the National Domestic Violence Helpline. She is a trustee at Agenda, the alliance for women and girls at risk.

Kaammini founded Gender and the City – an intersectional and feminist website upon completion of her MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation at the London School of Economics.

After leaving FHS in 2010, Kaammini studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at University of Warwick, before completing her MSc in Gender, Development and Globilisation at London School of Economics. If you wish to attend the lecture, please email quondam@fhs-nw1.org.uk.
