This week we welcomed Commonwealth medal winner and Olympian in breaststroke swimming, Kate Haywood, to FHS to talk about her inspiring career.

Kate spoke in detail of her journey to the London 2012 Olympics after overcoming many setbacks including injury and a change of coach. She stressed the importance of having the mindset to bounce back in the face of adversity.
