On Thursday 30th January, the LVI Biologists enjoyed a fascinating day at London’s Bodyworlds, where they got to see preserved human bodies through the process of plastination.

The exhibits educated us about the inner workings of the human body and showed the effects that daily lifestyle choices have on our health. There were over 200 exhibits spread over 6 galleries that cover six key systems of the body: digestive, respiratory, reproductive, cardiovascular, nervous and locomotive systems.
