On Friday 1st March the LVI Biologists enjoyed a day of stimulating Biology lectures at the Emmanuel Centre.
Students heard from notable biologists on the cutting edge of research such as Vivienne Parry and Greg Foot. The enjoyed lectures focused on the 100,000 Genomes project, the science of ageing, the problem of cancer and learnt about the work being done at the highest lab in the world situated on Mount Everest at base camp.
