On Monday 21st March, FHS held its annual Inter-House Netball Competition. It was an afternoon filled with sunshine and the friendly (yet competitive) nature of FHS between the three houses.

Students eagerly watched their friends and members of their House play each other during the intense matches. By the end of the afternoon, it has become clear that Mars has dominated this tournament, having accumulated 35 points. Mars beat Saturn and Jupiter; however, it was tighter between Saturn and Jupiter, who only had a 3-point difference! Jupiter came second with 25 points, just ahead of Saturnā€™s commendable 22.

After the student matches came the much-awaited Staff vs Sixth Form match. The teachers selected were all suspiciously tall, possibly a key requirement for the staff team. The match was very intense with both teams not wanting to embarrass themselves in front of the whole school. Sadly, the Sixth Form lost 5-7, but the staff had deservedly win, with some amazing shooting from Ms Hack.
