On Thursday 27th January, we mark Holocaust Memorial Day. The Holocaust Memorial Trust asks us to light a candle and put it in a window at 8pm, to remember those who were murdered for who they were and to stand against prejudice today. In school, each year group has been asked to create a memorial flame which will be added to our display, whilst each form will explore stories from those affected by prejudice. There will also be a school assembly taken by the Lower Sixth. I have included links to some of the invaluable resources provided by The Holocaust Memorial Trust, which you might like to explore with your children.
