On Wednesday 28^th and Thursday 29^th April, we hosted this year’s speeches which are part of the election process for the new Head Girl’s Team. The HGT play a pivotal role in serving and entertaining our community and we are very grateful to the 15 students who put their names forward for one or more of these prestigious roles.

Each candidate had 90 seconds to convince the audience to vote for them. The Lower Sixth were present in the hall to support their friends and the event was live streamed so that the entire community could watch it from their form rooms.

The applicants spoke beautifully, really showcasing their entrepreneurial skills and eagerness to make the difference, and they made voting a much less arduous task for the Sixth Form, Fifth Form and staff.

We wish them all good luck and results will be announced next week in assembly.
