On Wednesday the whole school gathered in St Cyprian’s Church to celebrate our annual Harvest Festival Collection.

The harvest boxes and extra bags were full to overflowing and there were some creative decorations, including a tea party, a minion and a purple bus. The harvest loaf, baked by our catering team, was presented at the start of our service which was led by Rev. Clare Dowding & Bill Miller, (Food and Wellbeing Manager at St Paul’s, Rossmore Rd).

Bill spoke about the work of the Food Cycle and reminded us that we should not worry about material things, and that even small gifts can make a big difference to those in need. Students from the Upper Sixth shared dramatic reading entitled Creation in Reverse and prayers were written and read by pupils from each year group across the school.

In these challenging times, we are proud to have donated our collections to North London Action for the Homeless and Food Cycle. If you wish to know more about their work, please do visit their websites by clicking the logos below.
