Following the Easter holidays, the Lower Fifth IGCSE geographers enjoyed a four day trip to the Lake District where they sampled both human and physical geography fieldwork techniques.

Our girls explored coastal and river environments and completed urban and tourism studies around Bowness-on-Windermere. We enjoyed great weather, a lovely viewpoint at the top of Orrest Head and multiple animal sightings. Thank you to all the girls who worked well both in the field and back in the classroom, producing some excellent work surrounding the process of conducting fieldwork.
