After a very early start last Sunday, a group of 39, very excited pupils travelled to Bardonecchia, Italy to be greeted by sun and snow!

After a long day of travelling, the girls took to the slopes the following day with great enthusiasm. Five days of skiing lessons allowed them all to make considerable progress in their skiing prowess. They were sufficiently challenged on the pistes with trips to the Snow Park and hidden pathways through the woods.

On top of skiing, evening activities were a real highlighted. Sledging and hot chocolates encouraged lots of laughter, the alpine coaster ensued lots of screaming (not just from the girls!), and a cinema screening of Mufasa was a hit. What better way to refuel after days of snowy action with a mid-week pizza night which was a real treat!

It was an action-packed week, and we even managed to fit in a birthday cake between ski lessons and the coaster for Vita who turned 13 whilst on the trip. The week flew by, all went smoothly and we hope the girls have returned home with fun memories to cherish in years to come!
