Last week, it was our Year 7s’ turn to take part in the ongoing workshops in partnership with the Royal British Institute of Architecture, in what was termed a Festival of the Future…

The task at hand involved picking three words from a hat before creating something as a team that fitted the brief of those three words. The words that the girls were working with were, Modern, Lively and Futuristic and they chose to make a moon museum!

This workshop was a fantastic way to introduce our youngest pupils to the world of architecture and design both in a fun, exciting way that involved teamwork and collaboration, and also to spark the imagination of future engineers, architects, scientists and designers.

Well done to those who took part and congratulations on your Moon Museum creation!
