Girls in the Lower Fifth had an excellent time in the Essex countryside completing their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh expedition in the lovely October sunshine.

They all learnt such a lot about themselves as well as learning new skills such as map reading, cooking on a trangia and pitching a tent. At night the girls enjoyed looking at the stars.
