The Department for Education writes to the Headmaster every day with a coronavirus update for schools. Yesterday, the new guidance for April 1st was published.

To summarise, it is as follows:

• No more lateral flow tests are to be given out by schools
• Children and adults should stay at home whilst they are running a temperature and return to school when the fever breaks
• Coronavirus is to be treated like any other respiratory infection
