Their jam-packed agenda included:
- Sailing through the canals of the Tortuguero National Park, spotting treetop and riverbank wildlife
- Learning the ancient Aztec and Mayan process of grinding raw cacao beans to make chocolate#
- Exploring the rainforest canopy via hanging bridges and zip lines, learning about the medicinal benefits of the rainforest, and spotting sloths!
- Visiting the La Paz waterfalls on the way to a wildlife sanctuaryAn incredible opportunity for our budding biologists and geographers to consolidate and witness what they are learning at school first-hand!
