On Tuesday, the A Level English Literature students had the amazing opportunity to visit Shakespeare’s Globe to watch ‘The Comedy of Errors’; a light-hearted, funny, and sometimes head-scratching play where we were exposed to Shakespeare’s unique style of writing. As well as being seated in what were once the most expensive seats in the theatre, we were lucky to be near the stage where we were able to witness all the engaging action and talented actors so close up. This trip is certainly one that I will remember and draw upon throughout my English A Level course, and also reignited my passion for the subject once more.
