On Wednesday 16 October, we were thrilled to welcome our regular supporters to a special evening at The King’s Fund, marking the first event for our 1878 Circle. The highlight of the evening came from Mrs Woodcock, who shared the fantastic news that our bursary programme, the Gift Campaign, has now raised over £100k. This achievement is a testament to the generosity of our community.

The event also featured two inspiring former bursary students, Iszy and Hanna (class of 2015) who captivated the audience with their stories. Iszy is making waves in biotech, while Hanna is forging ahead in the world of engineering. Their journeys demonstrate the life-changing impact of our bursary programme.

In addition to celebrating these achievements, we introduced our ambitious new projects, including the exciting transformation of our library and further advancements in our science facilities. The evening was a powerful reminder of the incredible difference that our supporters continue to make.
