This week, students from the Thirds to the Lower Fifth have been trying their hand at a number of fitness tests designed to raise their endorphin levels, keep those January blues at bay, develop their teamwork and leadership skills and allow them to identify their areas of strength, as well as areas to improve on.

We have been so impressed by the engagement and effort levels of pupils, as well as how enthusiastically they’ve supported each other to achieve some fitness feats they would never have thought imaginable!

We look forward to another fabulous week of fitness next week, where the girls will be building on what they’ve learnt and working on overall fitness levels during lessons, targeting agility, co-ordination and cardiovascular endurance.
