We are delighted to announce that Lower Sixth pupil Deia Leykind has won the prestigious English & Media Centre’s ‘Close Reading’ competition!
The annual competition is hosted by the English & Media Centre’s emagazine and this year they received a record-breaking number of entries. Students submitted 500-word close readings of the opening to Anne Brontë’s The Tenant of Wildfell Hall.
